Update : I thought I could manage to produce some minutes, but it is impossible for the moment. I jump directly at the conclusion. The point which could summarize everything is : the cleantechs lacks of detectors to see, predict and act. Here are a few examples :

• Sun's guy told us that nobody is able to accurately measure the consumption of a computer while doing it's tasks.
• A lot of idea around the mobility (ease the parking location find the not jammed route ...) need sensor into or around the roads

Then with those sensor connected to a appropriate server, a lot of waste can be spared.
